Our Home
Hidden away high in the Apennines yet only an hour from Florence, Pisa and Bologna, Oasyhotel is a new breed of resort. We care for and respect the wonderful landscape around us, while ensuring our guests have everything they need for a relaxed, enjoyable stay. It’s a place in which to slow down: a place to breathe in fresh air and have the time and space to see and think clearly.
Our Project
Set in one of Tuscany’s most remarkable natural landscapes, Oasyhotel is a new concept that weaves sustainability with an authentic sense of luxury. We believe in the luxury of being able to spend time surrounded by nature, and are creating a new hospitality approach for Italy, where guests stay in stylish, hotel-style accommodations and enjoy experiences that connect them with the wilderness around them.
Accommodations
Our 17 safari-style lodges are scattered across meadows and woodland, just a short walk from the main reception and restaurant – or an even shorter e-bike ride. In keeping with the conservation ethos of the estate, they have all been designed with sustainability in mind, crafted from oak and birch in a contemporary, Scandinavian style.

The Nature Reserve at Oasyhotel
Oasyhotel is hidden within the Oasi Dynamo Nature Reserve, Italy’s first WWF-affiliated nature reserve, located amid the Apennine mountains in Tuscany. This protected area spans over 1,000 hectares of pristine wilderness, offering a haven for diverse flora and fauna.

We encourage you to try new experiences and return home with new skills under your belt – from beekeeping and foraging to orienteering and stargazing.
Farm-to-Table Dining
Our menus serve up some of the freshest flavours of Tuscany.
With two restaurants, a bistro and a lakeside café, food is a major part of the Oasyhotel experience, from breakfast to evening dinner.
Food connects us to the land and to the rich farming traditions of the area, and allows us to showcase the various agricultural projects of the wider Oasy Dynamo estate.

The Lake and Natural Swimming Pool
Our private lake brings a refreshing perspective to the Oasyhotel experience – with watersports such as kayaking and paddle boarding, and a bio-swimming pool for cooling off in summer. Enjoy a picnic overlooking the water, or stop by for a coffee or snack at the lakeside Kiosk bar.
