Oasyhotel is not a conventional countryside hotel. It is a 17-lodge forest retreat set inside Oasi Dynamo Nature Reserve, a 1,000-hectare protected natural area in the Tuscan Apennines. The experience combines the comfort of a five-star hotel with silence, nature, wildlife, farm-to-table dining, wellbeing and guided outdoor experiences.

Oasi Dynamo Nature Reserve is a 1,000-hectare protected natural reserve in Tuscany, near San Marcello Piteglio, in the province of Pistoia. Oasyhotel is located inside the reserve, giving guests direct access to forests, trails, wildlife, a lake and nature-based experiences.

Yes. Guests leave their cars in the private parking area at the entrance to the reserve. From there, a hotel shuttle connects the gate with the hotel area. This helps preserve the silence and natural atmosphere of the retreat.

Yes. Oasyhotel is well suited to guests looking for a digital detox or a slower stay in nature. Wi-Fi is available, but the setting encourages guests to disconnect, walk, read, observe wildlife, enjoy the lake and spend time outdoors.

Yes. Because Oasyhotel is located inside a large protected nature reserve, guests may observe wildlife during walks, guided experiences or quiet moments in nature. Sightings depend on season, time of day and natural animal behaviour.

Oasyhotel has 16 Eco-Lodges of 64 m² and one Loft in the Forest of 55 m². Each accommodation has one or two bedrooms, an en-suite bathroom, a living or sitting area and a private terrace overlooking the nature reserve.

Yes. Every lodge and the Loft look out over the surrounding nature reserve.

No. At Oasyhotel’s altitude, air conditioning is not usually needed. Even during the warm Tuscan summer, the mountain setting and natural breezes keep temperatures pleasant.

Each accommodation includes a full courtesy line by Culti Milano, a Dyson hairdryer, a minibar with water and soft drinks, coffee and tea facilities, a safety deposit box and a generous shower. Bathtubs are not available, and there is no iron or ironing board inside the lodges.

Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all accommodations and common areas.

Yes. Each accommodation has a table that can be used as a desk, and Oasyhotel offers a Workation package for guests who wish to combine work with a stay in nature.

Two lodges each offer two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and bunk beds, making them ideal for families or friends. Maximum occupancy is four guests.

In the Double Lodges, the single sofa bed in the living room can be prepared for an adult or a child. Cots for children up to three years old can be added in any accommodation.

Yes. All accommodations are non-smoking.

Yes. A credit card is required to make a reservation, and a deposit by credit card or bank transfer confirms it. After booking online, guests receive a secure payment link from the hotel.

Cancellation conditions depend on the selected rate. With flexible conditions, guests may cancel with full refund up to two weeks before arrival in low and mid season, and up to four weeks before arrival in high season. Non-refundable and promotional rates do not allow a refund of the deposit.

The minimum age to check in is 18. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Yes. Guests staying five nights receive the fifth night at half price; guests staying six nights receive the sixth night complimentary. Stays of two weeks or more receive a dedicated discount. Promotions are not cumulative, and current offers are listed at oasyhotel.com/en/offers-and-packages.

Yes. Gift vouchers can have an open value to be used freely, or they can be set for specific dates so the value does not need to be revealed to the recipient.

Oasyhotel is located in the province of Pistoia, in the Tuscan Apennines, within Oasi Dynamo Nature Reserve near San Marcello Piteglio.

Florence and Pisa are the closest airports, each around one hour and a half by car. Guests can drive independently or ask the hotel to arrange a private transfer with driver, with dedicated rates for transfers from anywhere in Italy.

Yes. A large, secure private parking area is available at the entrance to the reserve, free of charge for all guests.

A hotel shuttle connects the arrival gate with the hotel area. The transfer takes around 25 minutes.

The nearest connection is by bus. The closest train station is about 40 minutes by car.

Le Felci is the main restaurant and serves breakfast and dinner daily. The Bistrot serves lunch daily. In summer, Casa Luigi and a kiosk by Lake San Vito offer lunch and snacks, while a picnic tray by the lake is a guest favourite.

Oasyhotel serves Italian and Tuscan cuisine in a relaxed, unfussy style, using many ingredients from its own kitchen gardens, orchards and farm: cheese and yoghurt from the Limousin herd, home-baked bread and cakes, berries and soft fruits. The result is sophisticated home cooking, paired with a carefully chosen wine list.

Yes. Breakfast is included and consists of a rich continental buffet with eggs to order, served from 7:30 to 10:00.

Yes. Vegetarian and vegan dishes are available, and dietary requirements can be accommodated. Halal options are not available.

No. There is no dress code.

Guests can enjoy trekking and biking trails, e-bikes, kayaking, paddleboarding, tennis, horseback riding, forest bathing, outdoor yoga, wildlife observation and guided nature experiences within the reserve.

A stay includes a rich continental breakfast at Le Felci, complimentary Wi-Fi, minibar with water, soft drinks, coffee and tea, a complimentary e-bike for adults, the grass tennis court, 70 km of trekking and biking trails and wellness paths, private parking, the gate shuttle and access to the private lake with kayaking and paddleboarding.

Yes. Oasyhotel has a natural bio-swimming pool set within the lake, with crystal-clear water purified naturally for an eco-friendly swim.

Yes. Oasyhotel has an outdoor gym, along with wellness and spa experiences.

Yes. After booking, the team reaches out to help build a programme for the stay, focused on the reserve and the property, with expert local knowledge for trips further afield.

Oasyhotel offers nature-inspired treatments including Four Elements and Tree massages, honey and peat rituals, facials, forest bathing, grounding experiences and yoga. Treatments are delivered indoors and outdoors within the reserve, including on a wooden platform beneath the trees, using organic, locally sourced products.

Indoor treatments are available daily from 10:00 to 19:00, with the last booking at 18:00. Outdoor treatments are available daily from 7:00 to 18:00. Yoga is available from Tuesday to Saturday, from 7:00 to 12:00.

Treatments can be booked through reception. To secure availability, wellbeing activities should be booked at least seven days in advance. Shorter notice is subject to availability. Guests are asked to arrive at least ten minutes before the appointment.

No. Treatments and structured wellbeing programmes are priced separately.

Treatments are available for guests aged 14 and over.

Yes. Oasyhotel is very suitable for families. Cots and child beds are available, kids’ menus and high chairs are offered in the restaurants, child seats for e-bikes are available on request, and almost every activity can be arranged with children. Babysitting is not available.

Yes. Oasyhotel is particularly well suited to families with older children and teenagers who enjoy nature, outdoor activities, biking, kayaking, wildlife, photography, sport and time away from city life.

Children up to 12 are welcome, and one child stays free of charge in a Double Lodge with the parents. From the age of 13, children count as adults.

Oasyhotel is very pet friendly. One dog per lodge is allowed, kept on a leash whenever outside the lodge, with a one-time pet fee of €75. Dogs are not permitted in the Loft in the Forest or in the bio-swimming area. Restaurant access is at the staff’s discretion depending on the other guests present.

Yes. Oasyhotel can be booked for exclusive use for corporate retreats, executive offsites, wellness retreats, private celebrations, family reunions and weddings. Exclusive use is especially suitable for groups seeking privacy, nature, silence and a highly distinctive setting in Tuscany.

Yes. Oasyhotel is well suited to corporate retreats, leadership retreats and executive offsites thanks to its secluded natural setting, meeting spaces, cinema room, outdoor activities, wellbeing experiences and possibility of exclusive use.

Yes. Oasyhotel has two meeting rooms and a cinema room, all suitable for meetings and equipped with screen, projector and flip-charts. High-speed Wi-Fi is available in all indoor event spaces.

Yes. Smaller events are welcome, and weddings are hosted with a full buy-out of the hotel for a minimum of two nights. Each event is planned ad hoc with the client.

The indoor restaurants seat up to around 50 guests. Outdoor spaces are also available for events. For larger or more complex formats, the team evaluates each request individually.

Each event has a dedicated point of contact throughout planning and on the day. Guests are welcome to bring their own planner or decorator, working alongside the Oasyhotel team from the beginning.

The front desk is open from 7:00 to 23:00, with an emergency number active overnight. Concierge service is provided by the team, who can also help with restaurant reservations and wake-up calls.

The team can contact the local hospital if needed. There is no doctor on site. The nearest hospital is about 13 km from the hotel area.

Due to the natural mountain setting, accessibility may be limited in some areas. Guests with specific accessibility requirements are encouraged to contact the hotel before booking, so the team can assess individual needs and advise properly.

Oasyhotel is located within a private, controlled nature reserve, offering a high level of privacy, seclusion and tranquillity.

Yes. Wash and dry laundry service is available. Dry-cleaning is not available.

Yes. Luggage storage is available for guests arriving before check-in or leaving after check-out.

Oasyhotel accepts credit cards and cash for the final bill, within Italian legal limits on cash payments. Bank transfer is accepted for deposits.
