The nature surrounding Oasyhotel is not a backdrop: it is the starting point. One thousand hectares of nature reserve carry a different rhythm, that of the forest, the seasons, a silence that is not absence but presence. The philosophy of Oasyhotel shifts attention from the urgency of doing to the depth of feeling. Too often the body is reduced to an instrument of performance. Here, it has permission to do otherwise. The treatments we offer are designed to dissolve accumulated tension, restore breath to its natural space and bring the body back to a dimension of listening.

Forest Bathing, or "Shinrin Yoku", is a practice born in Japan in the 1980s. It is not only a therapeutic method, but above all a form of prevention accessible to everyone. Immersing yourself in the woods through Forest Bathing is a powerful way to reduce stress, improve wellbeing, and restore your energy.


Since ancient times, we have known that contact with nature is good for us — but today, scientific studies confirm it. Recent research has shown that both humans and plants emit electromagnetic fields, and these fields interact with each other, producing mutual and beneficial effects. Additionally, plants release natural chemicals that support the nervous, circulatory, and immune systems, among others.


Here at Oasyhotel, our eco-designer and bioresearcher Marco Nieri has mapped and selected the most beneficial trees and paths within the Reserve, specifically designed to interact positively with the human body. Our Wellbeing Facilitator is available to guide you through this unique and regenerating experience.

Grounding | Grounding Ritual

The greenery surrounding Oasyhotel provides the perfect setting for our new wellness trail. Our grounding experience begins with a short walk in the woods, guided by our wellbeing facilitator, with rooting and breathing exercises to deeply connect with nature.

Once returned to the hotel, a warm and relaxing herbal tea introduces the Ground Ritual. The ritual opens with a warm foot bath enriched with salt and smooth heated stones, a symbolic act of grounding that relaxes and anchors body and mind. This is followed by the use of defatigating oils for the foot massage and a personalised outdoor massage, designed to release accumulated tensions and restore harmony.

This activity is a regenerating journey that revitalises the body and restores balance, leaving you deeply renewed.

ur wellness treatments, designed in harmony with the natural setting of Oasyhotel, will help you rediscover deep relaxation and a greater sense of physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. One of the highlights is the open-air massage, a deeply atmospheric experience conducted on a wooden platform beneath the trees where the scents of the earth envelop you in a setting of great evocative power.

In the woods, you are neither a stranger nor a spectator — you are simply part of it, deeply rooted in its silence and rhythm. Each journey is an invitation to listen, to be present, and to make contact. Every treatment is designed to restore what we often miss the most: grounding, breath, energy, and light.

The silence that surrounds us becomes the heart of the experience. Our wellbeing facilitator will gently guide you through this process of reconnection with the natural world, allowing space for personal emotions and sensations to emerge. Our wellbeing programmes are thoughtfully designed to be enjoyed over the course of two or more days, allowing our guests to fully benefit from the restorative rhythm of nature.

Movement & Breath

Yoga
Practising yoga will help you attune to the natural rhythms of the oasis. Sessions take place both indoors and at some of the most panoramic points of the Reserve, in a natural environment that encourages tranquillity and silence and amplifies the benefits of practice.

Pilates
A practice that combines strength, control and breath in a harmonious flow. Pilates sessions outdoors or in the quiet of your lodge will help you strengthen your core, improve your posture and restore physical and mental balance. Every movement is performed with precision and deep attention. Ideal for those seeking stability, centredness and strength.

Deep Relaxation Session
An individual experience immersed in the silence of nature. Guided by our Wellbeing Facilitator, you will be led gently through slow movements, conscious breathing and deep release techniques, allowing the body to enter a state of profound calm and regeneration. A gentle, mindful alternative to yoga or Pilates, ideal for those who wish to slow down, rebalance and rediscover a sense of lightness — physical and mental alike.
