Our menus serve up some of the freshest flavours of Tuscany.
Food connects us to the land and to the rich farming traditions of the area, and allows us to showcase the various agricultural projects of the wider Oasy Dynamo estate.

Our approach is to present Italian and Tuscan cuisine in a relaxed, unfussy way, sourcing ingredients from our certified organic farm and from nearby farms and fields.
We produce certified organic cheese and yoghurt, bake bread and cakes fresh each day using organic flours, and harvest berries and soft fruits from our certified organic orchards.

Le Felci Restaurant

Le Felci Restaurant

Set in a former farmhouse just across from the reception of Oasyhotel, Le Felci is the place where guests start the day with breakfast – best taken outside on the terrace during summer – and return for dinner in the evening. It’s an atmospheric setting, with wildlife prints in the dining hall and outdoor tables fringed with wild flowers and beech trees. The menus showcase seasonal, local ingredients – from artichokes, tomatoes and white beans to game, beef and cod – along with cheese from our dairy and bread baked in-house.

Le Felci Bistrot

Le Felci Bistrot

Set in the main building, our Bistrot is perfect for light lunches and aperitifs. The menu offers hearty, traditional dishes made from farm-fresh ingredients sourced nearby.
A good spot for a family meal or lunch with friends.

Casa Luigi

Casa Luigi Restaurant

Casa Luigi, set in a renovated farmhouse down the mountain amidst the open pastures, offers a relaxed dining atmosphere. The menu features small plates and snacks made from locally sourced ingredients – from panzanella with ripe tomatoes to fresh pasta with ricotta and basil.
Guests can walk here, take e-bikes or arrange a buggy transfer.

The Bar at Oasyhotel's main hub is a relaxed spot to enjoy a drink at any time of day. From local wines and craft beers to handcrafted cocktails, there's something for everyone.
