Our farm-to-fork menus serve up some of the freshest flavours of Tuscany.
Food connects us to the land and to the rich farming traditions of the area, and allows us to showcase the various agricultural projects of the wider Oasy Dynamo estate.

At Oasyhotel, our approach is to present Italian and Tuscan cuisine in a relaxed, unfussy way, sourcing many of the ingredients from our kitchen gardens as well as from the farms and fields nearby.
Cheese and yoghurt from the Limousin herd at the dairy farm; home-baked bread and cakes; berries and soft fruits from our orchards.
We like to think of it as sophisticated home cooking: an evocative taste of Tuscany paired with a carefully chosen wine list, and with aperitivos and cocktails prepared by our experienced bar team.

Set in a former farmhouse just across from the reception of Oasyhotel, La Felci is the place where guests start the day with breakfast – best taken outside on the terrace during summer – and return for dinner in the evening. It’s an atmospheric setting, with wildlife prints in the dining hall and outdoor tables fringed with wild flowers and beech trees. The menus showcase seasonal, local ingredients – from artichokes, tomatoes and white beans to game, beef and cod – along with cheese from our dairy and bread baked in-house.

Le Felci Bistrot

Perfect for light lunches and aperitifs, Le Felci Bistrot, set in the main lodge, offers a relaxed dining atmosphere. The menu features a selection of small plates and snacks, all made from locally sourced ingredients – from bowls of panzanella bursting with ripe tomatoes to fresh pasta with ricotta and basil.

Casa Luigi

Casa Luigi Restaurant

Experience a typical Tuscan trattoria at Casa Luigi, set in a newly renovated farmhouse
further down the mountain amidst the open pastures of the estate.
This restaurant offers hearty, traditional dishes made from farm-fresh ingredients sourced nearby.
It's a good spot for a family meal or a lunch with friends. Guests can walk here, take e-bikes or arrange a buggie transfer.

The Bar

The Bar

The place to try our bartenders’ version of the classic Negroni. The Bar at Oasyhotel’s main hub is a cosy spot to unwind with a wide selection of drinks and meet other guests. From local wines and craft beers to handcrafted cocktails, there’s something for everyone.
